BAXTER, ALLISON	Sixth	What I believe most about teaching children is that each child is unique, different and special in his/her own way. Teacher should recognize those qualities and utilize them to best help each child be successful.
THOMPSON, ANGELA	Third	I believe teaching gives me the chance to make a difference in the life of a child everyday, whether it is teaching them fluency, addition or that they are special, unique and valuable people. Teaching is more than just a paycheck. We are helping these children develop and become the person they want to be and prepare them for their days ahead.
CAYLOR, MELISSA	Physical Ed.	Teaching physical education is important because students need to be encouraged at an early age and shown the importance of being physically active. Although every child is not athletic, every child does need physical activity to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

HIXSON, CHRISTY	First	I believe that the gift of teaching is the greatest reward God gives. To know that I have the ability to give students a gift that will last for the rest of their lives is immeasurable. Teaching first grade is a double blessing! Although I teach for a living, most of the time in a first grade classroom, I am the one who learns the lessons!!

I want to instill in them a sense of pride in their community, schoolwork and themselves. As a teacher, I also strive to have a classroom full of students that are active learners who think for themselves. Teaching is truly an honor and a gift!
